I did not hesitate to accept an invitation to chaperone my students from Ecole Van Gogh on their field trip to wildlife sanctuary Sainte-Croix. An escape from lesson-planning and teaching was a most welcome diversion, as was the opportunity to bond with my students outside the classroom. As the girls fought over who got to hold my hand, and the students with cameras begged to take a photo to remember me by, I realized how much I'm going to miss these kids. In just a few short weeks, it will be all over.

This was short but very meaningful, it such an incredible gift to be able to leave in enduring impression on kids. And I am sure that your kids will remember you for the rest of there lives. :~)
